While doing a complete revamp of my templates et. al. bringing them up to par with the Final Release, I came across the following condition statement that just plain don't make any sense. What is this for and when does it come into play? When does a User have a status of Editor, since all that is allowed is Not Validated, Registered, and Administrator?
