I am having couple of questions.

1. Sponsored Listings[category specific]:
How to implement the sponsor listing option. Like for example first two listings at :
http://www.hotscripts.com/Perl/Scripts_and_Programs/Content_Management/


2. Premium Listing[category specific]:
Listing title will be prefaced with the word, "XXXXXXX Listing!", and will appear in the top 5 placements of its category in alphabetical order with the other featured listings.

Solution to this two problem would be great help.
