Can someone explain how the Whats Cool works? Looks like it keys off the isPopular....but how and why does isPopular change? Can I look in a table to see a hit count...

I just converted my Link 2.0 to Links SQL and have like 24 sites that it is listing as cool.....which I'm pretty sure are not that popular......so don't know if it not working or what.

The basic critera for it is;

Number of hits / time in database / top x in database

...I beliive it also works on the total ratings, such as;

Total votes / number of votes = average
