Installed Links with all the top categories being built at doc root level. To elaborate on the same:

site's index.html is the index.html as attained during "Build All"
All the Top Categories, Cool and Detailed directories are at:

http://mysite.com/Detailed
http://mysite.com/Cool
http://mysite.com/Top_Category1

and like wise for other Top Categories. The cgi and images is however at

http://mysite.com/cgi-bin/links/*.cgi
http://mysite.com/images

With the above setup, what would be the best rewrite rule(s) for having the pages indexed by SE
