All I did to upgrade was untar into the working directory,
answer N to overwrite config, N to overwrite templates, and Y to overwrite
perl/cgi. It installed like a dream. No problems. 2.0.2 was rough. This
was very smooth.
But, yes, make a back up, just in case. You should ALWAYS have a backup.
