hi,

I would like to hava the possibility for users who add links with add.cgi to select the value Yes/No for the field Isvalidated. Unfortunately the value inserted is not taken into account.

I suppose that the a standard value is inserted according the choice made by adminstrator on the setup panel for validation. Is is right?

How should I oversome this?

Mmm.. *why* would you want to do this? It kinda defauts the object of having an admin system, as anyone/anywhere, could submit crap to your site whenever they liked

I want to offer two possibilities of publication for users:
- a free publication
- have their publication reviewed by the adminstrator and in this case labelled in a special way.

I would still want to validate all links-

I would add another field:
'editorial_status' with enum options 'free' and 'reviewed'
then add another tag alongside the new & updated ones that displays the link's status
