Back up of database

hi
i have just deleted by mistake all links (30K) i have in links sql. i have back-up files, but i am not sure which one i should you use for back up. There are admin/backup/backup files generated every day, or admin/backup/database/mysqlbackup files.
Wich one of these two should i use for backup?

You'd have better luck posting this in the "Gossamer Links" forum. Links 2.0 (not to be confused with Links SQL 2.0) runs off CSV text files, not mySQL.
