Can't delete Column

Can't delete Column
I'm getting the following error when trying to delete a column from the links table.

Also having problems modifying the details like Column type,Column Index.

MSSQL Server

Failed to execute query: 'ALTER TABLE links_Links DROP COLUMN Priority' Reason: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]ALTER TABLE DROP COLUMN Priority failed because DEFAULT CONSTRAINT DF__links_Lin__Prior__531856C7 accesses this column. (SQL-37000)(DBD: st_execute/SQLExecute err=-1)

Any idea's ?

I'm not partically familiar with MSSQL, but does your user have permission to delete/add columns?

I can delete other columns and make changes as required its just this one and one other that's giving me a problem.
