I want to make changes Jump.cgi so that it uses a template file and would like to put the redirection of the URL in the Meta tags

Example: Jump.cgi should use example.html file and in that file I will use <meta http-equiv="refresh" content="10; url=http://www.yoururl.com/cgi-bin/jump.cgi?ID=123"> so that I can put some advertising before redirecting the user.

You could have it jump to a detailed page, and have the detailed page with the advertisement on it. and then either have an additional link to the original site, or have it refresh...
