Now I know I've seen this answer before. Seems like it was somewhere in the admin area.

I searched for "subject" and found a post from 2000; but it referred to a file that I don't have on the server.

Sorry to bother everyone. I spent at least 20 - 25 minutes looking for it myself.

I think what you're looking for is on the admin panel by going to:

Build > User Language

Click on the Val(5) link and there should be an option for:

VAL_APPROVESUB
