Could someone save me some time by explaining how to add an extra navbar under the primarynav.

Even I can copy and paste the primary nav but what to add to the luna.css to give the new navbar, lets call it xtranav, a different background colour. I played around a bit but couldn't get it to work properly.

If you set <%secondarynav%> to the name of the template which contains a secondary nav, the CSS is already setup to handle this. See the bookmark templates for an example.
