regex help - no " or '

regex help - no " or '
I've been trying to do a regex function with no avail.

Basically I want all character types to be allowed except " and ' and to replace those characters with a blank space

I'm sure someone here could do this while asleep, so any help would be appreciated.

Hi Robert,

Where do you actually want to use this because the StaticURLtr plugin can be used in several different situations to replace characters you define with others ?
