The section in question is 100% GLinks. The GLinks section also has a dedicated cgi-bin.

Note: The dynamic page is working fine:

Does it do it when calling page.cgi?

Sounds like you have got your build_category_sort or something setup with "search" in the ORDER BY part of the query. Has it only just started doing this? ..and if so, what was the last change you did?

No, the page.cgi works fine as shown in the link below. This issue started immediately after the fresh install without any changes or mods.

Mmm bit of a werird one. Shoot over GLinks admin details + FTP, and I'll try and take a look for you tomorrow (internets been down all day, so I've only just got online - but I need to get ready now, as I'm off to a friends birthday party =))
