Anyway to have a Friend's submit page?
Is there a way to have a submit page for friends with more lax rules?

Mostly I'm looking to exclude it from the banned words list.

Not really. If you trust them enough, then you could give them Editor status, and they can then modify/add/delete links via browser.cgi ... This is ONLY for people you really trust though Wink
