I just noticed that the new graphic is next to a category, but there are no new links inside that category. This is happening in multiple categories and when surfing in static and dynamic mode. Any ideas on why the new graphics are staying there, and what I can do to get rid of them?

Did you do a "rebuild search" and "repair tables" then run a "build all"?
