Debugging printing to log file, even if turned off!

Does anyone know if this bug has been fixed yet? Its creating huge log files on my server, which is quite honestly a pain. Does GT have a fix for this, or if not, what files should I play with to stop it doing this?

Doesn't happen for me with 2.1.0....only for plugins but that's a quick fix.
