Accents in file names
Hi.

We have setup a links SQL server so that users may submit files.
Unfortunately, when file name contains one or more accents (sorry, French company), the file is uploaded but cannot be downloaded afterwards.

One such link is :
http://intranet.ourcompany.fr/links-sql/cgi/jump.cgi?ID=2&view=File&fname=Athl%E8te.jpg&d=1
(it displays an "Erreur : FILE_UNKNOWN" message, whereas the "Athl%E8te.jpg" file exists in the server file directory)

What is the best way to solve this issue ?
We thought of setting a Form Regex value in the "Links" "File" property so that accents will be rejected. Would that be right ?

Thanks for helping

Yes, I think it would be right to allow only a-z, A-Z, 0-9, _ characters in file names.
