Hi,

can anyone tell me what this means, I get this error after checking several thousand links running nph-verify from telnet, it is making the verify process quite long winded as I have to keep restarting it again.

Error fetching link (157631): Failed to execute query: 'SELECT ID,URL FROM lsql_Links WHERE ID = ?': MySQL server has gone away at /home2/site/public_html/cgi-bin/search/admin/Links/Tools.pm line 343.

Is this a program or server error?

The most common reason for the MySQL server has gone away error is that the server timed out and closed the connection.
