Purpose of $secondarynav
    Hi, in "include_header.html" template there is a line that states:

<%~if secondarynav%><%include $secondarynav%><%endif%>

What is the purpose of $secondarynav? Some kind of a sub-menu? How do I edit and/or enable it?

It is used for the bookmarks options.

It's used by the bookmarks pages, but if you add pages, you can also easily add a secondary nav by setting the $secondarynav variable to the name of the template that contains the navigation (eg. <%set secondarynav = 'mynav.html'%> at the top of your template).
