Hi,

I do have a problem with GLinks and umlauts (and signs like &) in categories. When the categories are built, umlauts and & signs are replaced with ___. I do need a fix (like almost every blog or board software has built in) that replaces umlauts with chars that can be used in an url, like ä -> ae, ö -> oe, ß -> ss, Ä -> Ae, .....

Is there something like this out there (at least for umlauts)? As GLinks is used in lots of other countries, it'd be a very useful thing imho.

Look through the plugins- there is a fix

If you're building static pages, you can use the StaticURLtr plugin to replace those characters.
