I think there is a bug in the plugin wizard. When you add a hook, the page that reloads no longer contains the select list of hooks to choose from, instead that list is replaced with the hook name you just added.

I think there are more bugs in Plugin Wizard. I remember I was playing with the Wizard earlier, and I got some strange effect that I lost some content, when I reedited the plugin file.
I can't tell you now, what was the bug exactly, but I will debug it sometime and post a bug report.
