I currently have over 17,000 users who have opted to receive my newsletter (subscribe.cgi). After I send the newsletter, I receive approx. 3,000 errors (bad address, couldn't find any host by that name, etc.) Is there any fuctions that can remove/clean these bad addresses?

This was addressed earlier by pugdog in the Perl/CGI Forum...the simple answer is that it would be a bit complicated to verify all the email addresses. One suggestion is to use LWP to at least verify the existence of the domain addresses in the email addresses, but validating individual email accounts would be a bit complicated...
