The Newest Link field has not correct value, when there are no links in a category (0 link).

In Category table:
Newest Link field value is: 20020409150203, and 0 links exists in this category.

Table properties:
Position | Column Name | Column Type | Not Null | Default Form | Display Form | Type | Form Regex | Search | Weight
14 | Newest_Link | TIMESTAMP | No | 19000000000000 | Newest Link | HIDDEN | |

The value of Newest Link field should be the Default value, when there are 0 links in a category.

Anybody has idea what's the problem?
Is it a bug?

If it is a bug, somebody has a bugfix for it?
