This has worked for months but has suddenly stopped working.

If I remove &catid=11 from the search, it works fine although obviously doesn't limit the search to category 11.

I've installed all the recent updates. Has anything been changed that would affect this?

No, I don't believe any of the updates should affect that. I just searching with my 3.1.0 install with updates and it seems to work as expected.

Something must have happened to corrupt the database.

Ran Rebuild Cat. tree and it fixed it.
