My database contains a 'current news' category that requires to be emptied at the end of every month. The links that are contained in this category are also contained within other categories where they should remain.

Is there a simple way of modifying all the links with a set add-date (from 01 - 31 /month/year) so that they are removed from the category 'current news' but remain in their alternate categories?
