My editors are not realising when they have a link awaiting validation in the editor browser. This is especially the case when they are in quiet areas.

Is there a way to make the "Validate" link in the editor browser (browser_navbar.html from memory) change color or something when there are links waiting to be validted?

Furthermore, I have the admin/setup so that editors receive emails as well as me, but my editors never seem to get an email when a link is added to their area???

Would someone mind sheding some light on this?
