Linking directly to URL rather than via jump.cgi
I want to generate pages so that the urls are in the HTML code, rather than going to the jump.cgi. I have seen this on other sites using LinksSQL. How can I do this?

Just replace;

<%db_cgi_url%>/jump.cgi?ID=<%ID%>

...with;

<%URL%>
