Win2k, SQL2k, ActiveState Perl 5.6, OmniHttpD. My build runs and the directory is build properly however, each category is followed by a (0) zero link count regardless of how many links and categories are underneath it. Any idea?

Run Repair Tables from admin/database.
That usually does the trick.

And is usually caused by imports. After any import (DMoz, previous version, etc), be sure to run repair tables and reindex database.
