Jump.cgi problems w/ search engines
It seems that the Jump.CGI program which apparently uses a meta refresh to redirect users to the appropriate site is causing some problems with some search engines indexing the redirect page rather than the resulting link. I'd like to add a <meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow"> tag to the jump.cgi page, however looking at the code I see it uses some Perl modules and I'm not familiar with those. Can someone tell me how to add that into the code?

Thanks!
