Internar Server Error in Add.cgi Search.cgi

Hi
All was working fine in my directory
Suddenly, Some things stop working

I log into admin, and Rebuild is not working fine, Index give an empy file of 0 kb

add.cgi gives an error:
Code:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@xxx.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Also search.cgi gives the same error

And when I log in admin area, the home page is empty, only the top menu is visible, the pending links, updates, etc are not showing any more

And I made changes to a Category Footer, and after rebuild all, the changes are not shown

i already check permission to 755
I already check nph_headers options in Setup / Misc. Options
The path to perl is ok, because I have not change it, and other cgi files are working fine

What could be happening?

Try running it from SSH.

Code:
cd /path/to/links
perl search.cgi

See if that works first.

If that does, then try:

Code:
cd /path/to/links
perl search.cgi '?query=is"
