I have tried to install the script several times now, and get this same error each time:

This is what works for me...

unzip local, upload the .dat file binary, the cgi ascii. CHMOD the .cgi 755 NOT 777 and run!

Give that a shot!

Make sure you send your install.dat file over in BINARY mode.
