I just tried to import from Links SQL 1.13 into NG Final.

I had imported two categories from DMOZ into SQL 1.13 and made a backup of Links and Categories.

When I went to the import area and restored the data from the backups, for both the categories and links I got no errors and it said the imports were successful, however MySQLMan shows nothing has been added to the database and no pages are built after running nph-build.cgi.

I re-indexed and rebuilt but nothing worked :(

Any ideas?

This sounds like the same trouble I ran into upgrading from b5. Alex created a post at
http://www.gossamer-threads.com/p/123795 that I think will solve your problem. You need to run these queries in order to update your tables. Don't ask me why. It's way over my head. All I know is it worked. And ignore the error messages when running the queries.

Did you look at the database? What is in it?

Also, after importing Dmoz, did you run re-index, and check for lost cats? Shouldn't matter, but it might.

Also, you might want to make sure your paths are really where you think they are. Make sure hwat you are importing is what you mean to import.
