In the build options I wanted to turn off the dynamic option. But even so when I click on "dynamic" it still comes up. How do I turn it off altogether? Thanks.

The only way to prevent it from running is to delete the file or change it's permissions. However, I do have a plugin you can use that will intercept all page.cgi requests and return an error page.
