page width = 770
align = center

I would like to do that but cannot find where to change it.. (ps. I am using Luna templates)

Take a look at the examples in luna.css. There's an example on changing the page width (remember to uncomment it). The page is already centered by default, so you shouldn't need to do anything for that.
