In order to make it easy for people to submit their site, I allow people to just submit the URL, description and their e-mail address and then I validate it.

What I want to do now is use the built in e-mail sender so I can send an update e-mail to everyone who has submitted a site which is included to get an e-mail from me.

But how do I do it. I click on email and tried all the left hand nav links but can't seem to work out which is the one that gives me a list of all the e-mail addresses submitted to my site via links SQL.

Surely there must be a way to do this.
