I want use anoter Category table, like "Category2children". How I can do this? Where I can edit SQL queries, or smth. else?

Or, how I can use another Names for my Catigories, for ex. One Category have 2 Names: one Name is a Simple Name, and another name - for Advansed Users. I'm adding new column to Category DB, but how I can do this column - Name Column?
