I am having some significant problems with my website - and I have done 'nothing' to cause it - it worked perfectly yesterday .... but today ... I receive the following:-

A fatal error has occured:

Can't call method "prepare" without a package or object reference at /path/to/admin/GT/SQL/Driver/MYSQL.pm line 36.

This occurs when I try to do just about anything with the database (or even try to search).

Any ideas?

Hi,

If you turn on debug, you can look at $GT::SQL::error which will have the real error message. Most likely MySQL is not running if you are seeing that for any user side functions.
