I'd like to exclude URLs from being verified if they have certain domains in the URL; Is there any built in way to do this?

If this has to be done with a hack, I've been able to figure out that the additional code will need to go in verify-child.pl, and I'm pretty sure that it should go directly below the line "$host or return -5;", however I'm not quite sure how to go about it in perl (php, sure, perl, no) can anyone point me in the right direction or help out with a code snippet or two?
