Error validating link: VAL_GENERAL

Hello everyone! I did a fresh install of Links SQL 2.99.1 on a Windows Server 2003, MS SQL 2000 and the latest version of ActiveState Perl. Links gives me an error when I try to validate a link a user submits. After I hit the Validate Selected button Links returns to the validate page with the error: VAL_GENERAL in red. I turned on debug but there doesn't appear any information about the error. Maybe its a bug of the latest release? Any help would be appreciated.

Hi David,

Yes, that's a bug, but you are getting an error (it isn't showing because the language.txt is missing an entry). I've fixed the language.txt on your installation, but for anyone running into this, you need to add the following into your admin/templates/admin/language.txt:

'VAL_CANTEMAIL' => 'Unable to send validation e-mail; missing or bad e-mail address.', 
'VAL_GENERAL' => 'Unable to validate link: %s. Reason: %s',

luna/language.txt already has these entries. I am just confirming ... they have to be added to admin/language.txt manually or would it be available thru Updates?
