Error (blank page) with fresh LinksSQL installation

Error (blank page) with fresh LinksSQL installation
As long as a category has some links, everything is fine.

But when a category has many links so that there should be a 'next page' option, LinksSQL returns a blank page (<html><body></body></html>) without an error!

This happens with a fresh installation and standard templates.

Any idea?

it is on a system behind the fire wall so it is not available on the net. I do not have a clue why it does not work. Everything is fine but that span pages problem. I am new to LinksSQL so I am not very experienced with debugging.
