Is there logic already existing to allow Editors to "build" only the categories for which they are responsible? I've looked around quite a bit and I don't see anything that might do this.

If not, I assume that nph-build would need to have logic added: retrieve the current user's categories (via "Links::Utils::load_editors") and go from there.
