Editing admin links

If we wanted to add all the links ourselves as an admin, how could owners of the sites modify them. I suppose the only solution would be to ask us to modify them, correct?

I would think so. You would have to make sure the LinkOwner field matched their logon name.

If you can't do this, Andy has a plugin that allows linkowners to 'claim links' although I'm not sure how it works.
