Where can I edit the template for the Links:Add Record Page?

I just added longer name sub-categories to my database and I can't really minimize the window in order for me to scroll up and down the Categories box. How can I edit this page so I can minimize the window to scroll the categories? Otherwise, I can't have two windows open at the same time to copy and paste.
