does the new version of links support dynamic listing of detailed pages like the old version?

As long as you use the <%path_tags%> rather than hard-coded paths, the page.cgi will translate them and display them.
You need to link to your detail pages with <%build_detail_url%> rather than using a path /Detailed/<%ID%>.html
