Database problem - table structure

Database problem - table structure
Hi

After I did any import from a dmoz cut I got a problem with

the table structure. When i do a repair, it doesn't count the amount of links

and then comes back with table structure error

The error I get when I run repair database from admin is

Checking category stats ...
Category Regional should have links, but is set to 734229, repairing ...

Then it just hangs.

Try running it from shell:

./nph-build.cgi --repair

The problem may be

CatLinks = 1,436,336

Links = 1,431,809

Should this be the same?
