I just installed the latest Links (lsqldev-2.0.5). The Cool index page is not building correctly.

I have the build_index set to index.shtml and the build_extension set to .shtml. While the New and Ratings directories are created correctly with the index.shtml file and the home page likewise is created as index.shtml, the index page for Cool is index.html (even though the link provided from the Building All Links page is index.shtml).

Any ideas?
