Cannot Rebuild All Categories
When I have import data from 1.13 data to LinkSQL beta1.
It cannot rebuild all categories.
And, No Error Message...

The Bugs Happen when build with foreign_char=yes

Hi,

What happens? Does it stop half way through, do you just see a blank page?
