I have a small bug in the browser system about extra rights for a subcategory in which an editor maintain.

User parkmaster has rights to add links in Amusement Parks.
In one subcategory of Amusement Parks called Canada does the user have more rights, he may add (sub)categories in this category.

Now my problem:

after enter the browser system, the user gets both category Amusement Parks & the subcategory called Canada.
after clicking on Canada, he doesn't have the additional rights I give to him.
and after browsing Amusement Parks, the extra display in the root of Canada is gone.

How can I solve this problem.
