I tried to resync the tables (clean install, but old tables)

Error: Can't call method "prepare" on an undefined value at GT/SQL/Creator.pm line 178.

Also, I tried a fresh install and import.

While all the special fields seem to have been imported, the .def files were not automatically resynced, and attempt to do so (to make the other fields visible) generated the same error above.
