But ... it is not for dummies (like me).

I need to add in the category template 3 banners (234x60 px) in the right sidebar, 20 px below the top and 20 px between each other

You can add them into the include_rightsidebar.html template. If you id your banners (or put div's with id's around them), you can just add padding on them in the luna.css file.
